So this recipe was in Better Homes & Gardens, but I couldn’t find it online anywhere. After I make a few of these I’m going to take pictures and post them.  This is a wonderfully easy recipe.  Hopefully I can make my own jam or jelly with fresh fruits so it’s got chunks of real fruit inside (and I can make some strawberry rhubarb pop tarts)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Cut packaged pie crust to 3 inch squares

Spread half the squares with jam or another filling of choice

Top with a second pie crust square

Crimp edges and add steam holes to the top

Place on cookie sheet and bake for 9 minutes

Top with frosting or sprinkles of choice.
